  • How do I book a corporate apartment or luxury refugee house?
    Navigate to the Space page Choose your space Click "Request to book"
  • Can I host a party or event?
    We do not allow parties or events.
  • What is the cleaning fee charged?
    In order to ensure your space is prepared for you on the day of your arrival, as well as for future guests, it is common to charge a one-time cleaning fee. This additional cost goes directly towards a professional cleaning staff on maintaining the cleanliness of the space.
  • When will I be charged for my booking?
    When a booking request is made, our communications department will contact you to go over the reservation details. Once finalized, we will send you an invoice for the booking. Payment is due within 24 hours to secure your space.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, bookings can also be reserved through 3rd party apps such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?
    You will be refunded 50% of the total reservation cost if you cancel your booking within 30 days.
